Before joining any BainsProAcademy program, every player must complete the Pro Player Lab Assessment.

The Lab is where every journey begins > it gives us a clear performance profile of your player’s strengths, areas for growth, and movement patterns.
This allows us to design a fully personalised training plan that accelerates progress, builds confidence, and reduces injury risk from day one.

Whether your athlete joins for private training, group development, or a long-term membership, the Lab ensures we train with purpose

not guesswork.
