With over 13 years of experience as a coach, scout, and professional footballer, Bains has worked across some of the UK’s most prestigious academies, including Chelsea, Fulham, and Watford.
As a UEFA License holder with a First Class Honours degree in Football Coaching, Development & Administration, Bains combines elite-level expertise with a deep commitment to player-first development.
Bains' career includes scouting and mentoring players, representing top clubs and international teams, and leading youth programs at both the grassroots and professional level.
As the founder of Bains Pro Academy, her mission is to deliver tailored 1-on-1 training that goes beyond the pitch—focusing on mindset, leadership, and long-term growth.
Today, Bains leads a global network of collaborators, including former collegiate athletes, scouts, and performance experts—all dedicated to helping the next generation rise.
PROFESSIONAL SCOUT
George W. David is a Football Scout and performance coach with over 10 years of experience. He’s worked with big clubs like Arsenal and Chelsea, helping find young talent and improve players on and off the pitch. He now works with Premier League players to boost their performance and value using data and personal coaching. George also advises brands like Nike, Adidas, and EA Sports on which players to partner with, using a mix of experience and smart systems to spot future stars.

Saul has coached in America, England and Spain and worked with some of the best football coaches & players in the modern game. Saul spent over 10 years coaching in Premier League Academy Football at clubs such as Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur FC.

THE SCOUTING GAME
An experienced coach, manager and scout with over 30 years in the UK professional game. Had eleven years with Chelsea FC Academy, as Head of Integration Scouting, a senior figure in the recruitment team in one of the world’s top academies. Former Cheltenham Town FC manager also managed the FA XI and worked for Manchester City FC and Portsmouth FC. Through Chris’ contacts, we have access to a top-level network of analysts, 121 coaches, scouts, strength and conditioning specialists plus of course many academies and clubs.
PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALLER
Léo Anthony a professional footballer currently playing in Croatia second division. After playing for Chelsea youth academy I perused a scholarship in the United States, after success there I earned a move to Sweden lower leagues before heading to Thailand in pursuit of my first pro contract, after signing my first pro contracts in Thailand I transfered to the Philippines 1st division for half a season before earning my first professional European contract in Croatia. I am currently valued at €100k on transfer market awaiting my next move.
PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALLER
Simona Petkova is a Bulgarian international footballer known for her creativity, work ethic, and leadership on the pitch. With over a decade of experience across top leagues in Europe, Simona brings a wealth of skill, versatility, and tactical awareness to every match.
Born in Gabrovo, Bulgaria, she began her professional journey in England with Leeds United and Watford, before moving through Italy’s Serie A with Empoli, Pink Bari, and San Marino Academy. Her standout performances eventually led her to Switzerland, where she competeD in the top-tier Nationalliga A with FC Aarau Frauen. Currently with FC Thun Women.
Simona has represented Bulgaria at both youth and senior national levels since 2012 and scored her first international goal during UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 qualifying, led the team to their only win in the European Journey. She has been honored as Bulgaria’s Women’s Footballer of the Year in 2021 and 2022, a reflection of both her talent and impact.
Off the field, Simona is an advocate for mental health in sports and the author of Football Journey, a personal account of perseverance and growth in women’s football.

My name is Kaitlyn Lemus, I’m currently in my fourth year of college and have just completed
my second year of eligibility as a collegiate athlete at Pacific Lutheran University. I previously attended and played soccer for Las Positas Community College and transferred from there to the PLU women’s soccer team. I also played for Pleasanton RAGE through middle and high school.
I coached youth soccer for twos year and currently intern for a sports ministry academy called Reality Sports in Tacoma, Washington. I’m currently studying Kinesiology with a concentration on applied health & fitness to further help with my coaching career, as well obtaining minors in Business and Spanish.

Doug is a UEFA B Licensed coach and former First Team Scout for West Ham United, where he helped identify top talent for one of the Premier League’s most historic clubs.
With 20+ years of experience across Football, Futsal, and Cricket, Doug has developed national champions, won County School titles four years running, and led his futsal team to a National Championship in 2018.
Known for his elite-level coaching, eye for talent, and passion for player development, Doug focuses on technical skills, tactical IQ, and personal growth—giving young athletes the tools to excel on and off the field.

Laurie Griffin is a UEFA B Licensed coach with over 15 years of experience developing elite football talent across top European clubs. He currently serves as a Youth Development Phase Coach at Sheffield United FC, where he helps players progress through the academy ranks into professional football.
Laurie has coached players who have gone on to represent national teams and sign with first-team squads. His coaching philosophy is player-first, blending technical, tactical, and mental development to prepare athletes for success both on and off the pitch.
With a background that includes work at Chelsea, Manchester United, Doncaster Rovers, and Sheffield United, Laurie brings elite-level coaching support.
