Identity → habits → outcomes. Baseline audit, goal map (season + 4-week sprint), growth-mindset language. Deliverable: Personal Goal Map v1. Week 2 - Focus Under Pressure. Attention control, A-B-C reset (Act-Breathe-Choose), distraction plan. Deliverable: 15-second Focus Reset. Week 3 - Confidence You Can Do, Not Feel . Evidence bank, “last best rep,” self-talk scripts, body-language anchor. Deliverable: Confidence Script + Evidence Tracker. Week 4 - Imagery & Game Rehearsal . 3-phase imagery (before/during/after). Deliverable: 5-minute Night-Before Visualisation. Week 5 - Composure & Mistake Recovery . Bounce-back protocol: 3 touches / 30 seconds, cue words, teammate glue. Deliverable: Mistake-to-Next-Action Plan. Week 6 - Match-Day Routine . Sleep, fuel, activation, mental warm-up, first 5-minute plan. Deliverable: Personal Match-Day Checklist. Week 7 - Grit, Discipline & Consistency. Habit loops, micro-wins, training intent scale (1–5). Deliverable: Weekly Intent Planner. Week 8 - Game Intelligence & Decision Speed . Video-based scenario training to spot cues, patterns, and options faster (the mental version of scanning). Recognition speed, anticipation, proactive decisions. Deliverable: 3 If-Then Decision Maps. Week 9 - Leadership & Communication . Voice under pressure, teammate lifts, captain behaviours without the armband. Deliverable: 3 Leadership Behaviours for Next Match. Week 10 - Pressure Rehearsal & Future Self . Simulated scenarios, reflection, next 60-day plan. Deliverable: One-page Player Operating System.
